"Brett is an extreme breath of fresh air in an environment of deception. We called 6 local businesses. Because there was a leak, the first 5 all immediately determined we needed a complete new system. The quotes ranged from 7,200K to 17,500K. Brett arrived at 4:30 pm, worked until 11:30 pm and fixed three leaks including removing, repairing and reinstalling the coils from the air handler. He also indicated that are system is actually in pretty good shape for it's age, compared to what he often sees out in the field. "Cannot say enough great things about them! Our AC went out in the office and we called another company for repairs. The other company told us we needed a whole new commercial unit. We called Chilly Dog for a second opinion. Brett came out quickly and looked at our unit and found that one of the girls in the office forgot to take the plastic off the filter and it got sucked into the unit. Very honest and reasonably priced."
